A prestigious company in the luxury sector is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst (M/F) to support the digital transformation of its business operations. You will be responsible for optimizing and developing the Salesforce platform to improve the customer experience and internal processes.
Your missions:
• Collect and analyze the business needs of sales and marketing teams to identify optimization opportunities in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Design Salesforce solutions adapted to business needs, in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
• Propose improvements and automations to streamline business processes, particularly with regard to customer and sales management.
• Configure Salesforce and work with developers to implement new features, workflows and integrations with other tools.
• Create custom reports and dashboards to provide insights to the business on sales and marketing campaign performance.
• Train and support users on Salesforce best practices and provide level 1 support.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure technological monitoring of new Salesforce features.
• Participate in change management and support teams in the adoption of new solutions.
Profile sought:
• Bac+4/+5 in IT, information systems or management, with a specialization in CRM.
• Significant experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, ideally in the luxury sector or industries where customer experience is paramount.
• Mastery of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Salesforce configuration and customization skills, as well as a good understanding of CRM data flows.
• Ability to work closely with sales and technical teams.
• Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) appreciated.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English required.
