We are looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant (M/F) to join a fast-growing company, a leader in the implementation of ERP solutions. You will work with clients from various sectors to support them in the implementation, optimization and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).

Your missions:
• Analyze customers' business needs and propose suitable solutions through the Dynamics 365 F&O ERP.
• Participate in the design, configuration and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O according to best practices.
• Train end users in the use of the ERP and provide post-implementation support.
• Support clients in change management and the adoption of new processes.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation.
• Carry out technical and functional audits of the systems in place in order to propose improvements.
• Provide expertise on financial modules (accounting, budget management, cash flow management) and operational modules (supply chain, logistics, inventory management).
• Monitor and manage integration projects while respecting defined deadlines and budgets.

Profile sought:
• Bac+4/+5 in IT, information systems, or management.
• Significant experience in ERP implementation, particularly Dynamics 365 F&O (formerly AX).
• Excellent command of the financial and/or supply chain modules of Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Technical knowledge in SQL, Power BI, and reporting tools associated with Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and to train various users.
• Knowledge of business processes in the finance, supply chain and/or logistics sectors.
• Team spirit, good project management skills and ability to work independently.
• Dynamics 365 F&O certifications are a plus (MB-300, MB-310, MB-330).
• Proficiency in professional English.
