We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant (M/F) to support a leading company in the industrial sector in optimizing its CRM environment. You will be involved in customizing and implementing Salesforce solutions, while aligning the company's business processes with the tool's best practices.

Your missions:
• Analyze the company's business needs and translate these needs into suitable Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in the configuration, setup and integration of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) within the existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop automated processes and improve business efficiency.
• Create custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into team and project performance.
• Train end users on Salesforce and support them in adopting new features.
• Ensure monitoring and continuous optimization of the Salesforce platform to meet changing business needs.
• Ensure compliance with good security and data management practices.
• Work on integration projects with other company systems (ERP, inventory management tools, etc.).

Profile sought:
• Bac+4/+5 in IT, information systems, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience as a Salesforce consultant, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Excellent command of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce development languages, and Salesforce customization tools.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools and internal systems.
• Salesforce Certification (ADM201, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) highly appreciated.
• Ability to understand business issues and propose CRM solutions adapted to industry processes.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proactivity, analytical mind, and ability to solve complex problems.
